In Hengyang City, Hunan Province, China, there was an incident where the driver of a following vehicle, enraged by the slow driving of a woman on an electric motorcycle, kicked down the woman's electric motorcycle. Chinese media outlet Yangzi Evening News reported.

The incident occurred on September 29. Dashcam footage from the following vehicle showed a woman on an electric motorcycle driving slowly in the middle of the road ahead. Even when prompted by flashing lights to move to the side, the woman continued to drive slowly in the middle.

The male driver of the following vehicle, seizing an opportunity, once overtook her, but was caught up to at a traffic light. The woman then intentionally cut in front of the man's car, and obstructed his path by driving slowly in front, sudden braking, and repeatedly changing lanes.

The man, having reached the limits of his patience, got out of his car when it stopped at an intersection, and powerfully kicked down the electric motorcycle of the woman who was waiting at the traffic light in front. The woman, who was straddling the motorcycle, swayed but did not fall over.

However, it was later discovered that the woman was 4 months pregnant, and the man reportedly ultimately paid 800 yuan (approximately 18,000 yen) to the woman as compensation.

Regarding this incident, the city's traffic police department stated that they "will deal with it strictly after reviewing the footage."
