On June 10, South Korean theme park "Everland" announced that the giant panda couple "Le Bao (Lobao)" and "Ai Bao (Aibao)," on loan from China and living at the park, had their third daughter born on June 3 at 10:53 AM. This panda cub was born through the third natural mating, following "Fu Bao (Fubao)" in 2020 and the twins "Rui Bao (Ruibao)" and "Hui Bao (Huibao)" in 2023.
This year marks the 10th anniversary of Everland's Panda World opening and the 10th anniversary of China-South Korea panda protection research cooperation. On the morning of June 10, Chinese Ambassador to South Korea Dai Bing posted a message on social media celebrating the panda couple "Le Bao" and "Ai Bao" having another female cub, and stated, "I express my gratitude to Everland and the breeding teams from both China and South Korea for carefully protecting and caring for the 'Bao (Bao)' family of pandas living in South Korea."
