The robot integrates multimodal recognition that handles various types of information collectively and autonomous decision-making technology, allowing it to accurately perform tasks such as parcel sorting and identifying abnormal parcels, and has the capacity to process up to 1,200 parcels per hour.

In recent years, the center has continuously promoted the update of automatic sorting machines and actively introduced smart equipment such as sorting robots, robotic arms, and unmanned transport forklifts. By combining these facilities with AI Ops modules that automate and optimize IT operations utilizing artificial intelligence (AI) and machine learning, it has dramatically advanced conventional manual sorting operations to unmanned and smart processing.
